Please help me. The last week, I see below message on Android phone app: "there was a problem signing in. please try again, or sign in with different account." How to contact with you for solving this problem.
Used to use this app for several cloud buttons to log data quickly. Used for about 8 months. Suddenly the app won't work and I can't log in. Definitely an app issue and I've tested so many different things to confirm. Really frustrating now because it's worked for so long and simply won't work anymore. Only reason I give 2 stars is because I know the app is good if I can get logged in.
